A Little History About Me... John, Your Guide or Coach.
My Ethnicity is Greek and both of my Parents are from the Island of Lesvos. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania before I retired to the Big Island of Hawaiʻi where I've had a Home for 15 years. While on the east coast I had several professions through out my life. Most notable were Head Chef in Fine Dining Italian restaurant, owner of a successful Diner and Precious Metals Dealer.
Over the past many years I have been introduced to numerous Healer's, Life Coach's and Spiritual Guides. Many have told me that I have an ability which I did not understand at the time. After moving to Hawaiʻi, I took a private class at Volcanoes National Park where I met a teacher of Hawaiian culture, history and sacred Chants.
Our sessions had encouraged me to pursue a desire to help heal people at a fundamental level. Since then, I have focused and begun to channel this ability along with the use of proper intention, sound, crystals and organic herbs. I have already been able to help people with moving past mental & physical traumas and to navigate through very difficult situations. Some feel motivated and inspired after a Journey.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A JOURNEY?
My purpose in Your Journey is merely to be your grounding source.
Since I have done this many times, I am able to help you focus on the true reason for your seeking guidance. I do not profess to be a doctor who is going to cure your chronic disease, or a clairvoyant who is going to produce Spirits from beyond. I shall act as a Conduit who will help you to find and understand the answers that are already within you.
At the beginning we will have a discussion for the first hour or so and get to know each other briefly. You may ask any questions you like and I will have a few for you. I will need to affirm what you hope to gain from this and how I am able to facilitate this.
Next, I smudge the area and play some specific frequencies which are recorded over each other in a very deliberate way. We will listen to and absorb the sounds to help calibrate our body properly and precisely and also do a little stretching. At this point we will clearly state our intentions.
Now we consume the tea. After that , I will recite some Sacred Chants and Mantra's designed to heighten your awareness and receptors. Following that , we will do some breathing exercises and some deep OHM's (sound therapy which prepares the body). You will lay down and allow the tea to take its course. You will be in a lucid state of mind and aware of what is happening. Motor skills could be affected for a while before you are fully recalibrated. The entire process from start to finish takes an average of 7 hours depending on the individual.

BLUE CALCITE OBELISK

This is a protective Crystal carved into the shape of a protective animal. It attracts Good Luck and friendship while stabilizing the personality and promoting self-sufficiency. Soothing to the mind it also releases negative thoughts.
CAMPO DEL CIELO IRON METEORITE
Recovered in Argentina, it was first found in 1576, it is about 14 million years old and fell about 4000 years ago. Structural class is IRON, Octahedrite, Widmanstatten bandwith Type IA with Silicate inclusions.

Properly harvested from Lesvos Greece, 528 Hertz Tuning Fork, 1800's Native American Navajo rabbit Medicinal Rattle , Milky Quartz from the Coleman mines of Arkansas.
MEDITERRANEAN INCENSE BURNER

FOSSILIZED AMMONITES
Between 100 million and 400 million years old, these creatures ruled the oceans long before we came around. These Molluscs are extinct and closely related to the living Nautilus species. It is a Healing Fossil whose spiral shape symbolizes continual change and evolution. They have absorbed cosmic energy over eons of time and stimulate the "Chi" within.
